The 2025 Dalrymple Lectures will take place on Thursday, 20th and Friday, 21st November. The speaker will be Professor Stephen Driscoll, University of Glasgow, speaking on Stones, Saints, Ships and Slaves.
The School of Humanities at the University of Glasgow have very generously made the newly refurbished Humanities Research Hub available to the Society for the coming season. This is at the opposite end of University Gardens to the Boyd Orr, at the junction of University Avenue and Hillhead Street. The Research Hub is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible. With the possible exception of the Dalrymple series, all GAS lectures will take place at this venue this year.
